All delivery costs are calculated according to weight and sent by Royal Mail and International Air Mail.  All deliveries are sent SIGNED FOR and are trackable.

The majority of our products are Made To Order and are unfortunately not able to be returned as they are made especially for you once your order is placed therefore a return or exchange is not possible. Therefore please ensure you order the correct size and personalisation as we are unable to offer a refund once the order has been placed.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The best way to avoid unwanted items is to message Living in Light with any queries or concerns before purchasing to make sure all your needs are fully met. :)

Should you require alterations to an item you have purchased this can be provided as an additional service. The specific measurements would need to be discussed before the alterations can be made.  Postage costs are not covered for alterations.

Custom made pieces can be produced for you,  if we have agreed the size and fabric.  Custom made garments are non-refundable and are charged at 20% extra. Customised garments usually involve size alterations, length adjustments, strap alterations and similar adjustments.

Other customised garments that are more intricate would involve a higher cost depending upon the labour involved and fabric utilised and usually can only be made in person and would require you to come to the Living in Light Studio in East London.

Our events and conference tickets are nonrefundable.
